Golden Autumn of Life

1.5 years have passed since we have fallen in love with leo-veterans and started a new theme on our website dedicated to the long-living leonbergers . It’s no secret that for a giant breed even 10 years of age is a good result! But there is a number of leos who make us believe that even 15 years is not the limit! In Part 4 we inputed photos of the dogs who reached 10+ taken at dog shows in Cluni (France), Bergamo (Italy), Uster (Switzerland) and some pictures sent to us by the veterans’ owners. We are planning to go on with this theme and welcome everyone to join in and send us photos of leonbergers over 10 years old for Part 5 . Be shure to state a d.o.b. of the dog and names of the breeder and the owner. Leonbergers who have such a long lifespan deserve to be known all over the world! Unfortunately while Part 4 has been under preparation, Asha of Emerald City has passed away forever... It's a great pitty, but her lifespan was really great - 13 years! You can see her photo below.
